PRODUCER LOGIC REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: [9/14/2026]
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") applies to subscriptions purchased for access to the Producer Logic software platform and related services (the "Producer Logic Platform" or "Platform").
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Producer Logic Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings provided in the Terms of Service.
By purchasing a Subscription to Producer Logic, Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
1. ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES, WHETHER FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION, OR OTHER SUBSCRIPTION TERM, ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Customer is responsible for all Subscription Fees applicable to the Subscription purchased, regardless of:
- actual usage of the Platform;
- frequency of use;
- non-use of the Platform;
- dissatisfaction with the Platform;
- dissatisfaction with Output Data;
- failure to use available features;
- unused Authorized User seats;
- Customer's decision to discontinue use;
- Customer's business circumstances;
- Customer's failure to obtain an anticipated business benefit; or
- Customer's failure to cancel before a renewal date.
Producer Logic does not provide refunds or credits merely because Customer no longer wishes to use the Platform.
2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
A Monthly Subscription constitutes a commitment for the applicable one-month Subscription Term.
Monthly Subscription Fees are charged according to the billing schedule disclosed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of a Monthly Subscription prevents renewal for the next Subscription Term when cancellation is completed in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures and deadlines.
Cancellation does not entitle Customer to a refund or prorated credit for any unused portion of the current Monthly Subscription Term.
Customer may continue to access the Platform through the remainder of the paid Subscription Term, subject to the Terms of Service.
3. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
An Annual Subscription constitutes a binding commitment for the entire twelve (12) month Subscription Term.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
If an Annual Subscription is paid in full at the beginning of the Subscription Term, Customer will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the Annual Subscription if Customer elects to discontinue use before the end of the Subscription Term.
If Producer Logic permits an Annual Subscription to be paid through monthly or other periodic installments, such installment arrangement is provided solely as a payment convenience.
PAYMENT OF AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS DOES NOT CONVERT THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION INTO A MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION.
Customer remains responsible for all unpaid Subscription Fees for the remainder of the Annual Subscription Term, even if Customer:
- stops using the Platform;
- requests cancellation;
- removes Authorized Users;
- closes its account;
- changes businesses;
- changes employers;
- experiences changes in its insurance agency or brokerage;
- becomes dissatisfied with the Platform; or
- otherwise voluntarily discontinues use before expiration of the Annual Subscription Term.
4. CANCELLATION VERSUS REFUND
Cancellation and refund are separate concepts.
Cancellation prevents a Subscription from renewing for a subsequent Subscription Term when properly completed before the applicable renewal date. Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges applicable to the current Subscription Term.
For example, if Customer cancels a Monthly Subscription during an already-paid monthly term, the Subscription will not renew for the next monthly term, but the current month's Subscription Fee will not be refunded.
Likewise, cancellation or discontinuation of an Annual Subscription does not eliminate Customer's payment obligations for the Annual Subscription Term already purchased.
5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Where automatic renewal applies, Customer's Subscription will automatically renew for the applicable renewal term unless Customer cancels the Subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions and applicable deadline disclosed by Producer Logic.
Producer Logic will provide disclosures, notices, acknowledgments, and cancellation mechanisms required by applicable law.
Cancellation of automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges after the applicable contractual Subscription Term but does not create a right to a refund of Subscription Fees already properly charged or otherwise owed.
6. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
Producer Logic may, in its sole discretion, offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, promotional pricing, credits, or other promotional offers.
The applicable terms of the promotion will be disclosed when the offer is made.
Where a Free Trial automatically converts into a paid Subscription, Producer Logic will disclose the applicable Subscription price and renewal terms as required by applicable law.
Customer is responsible for canceling before the applicable deadline if Customer does not wish to begin or continue a paid Subscription.
Once a paid Subscription Fee is properly charged following expiration of a Free Trial or promotional period, that Fee is non-refundable except where otherwise expressly required by applicable law.
7. UNUSED USERS, FEATURES, AI USAGE, OR PLATFORM CAPACITY
Producer Logic does not provide refunds or credits for unused:
- Authorized User seats;
- producer accounts;
- agency accounts;
- AI requests or usage allowances;
- searches;
- carrier appetite searches;
- analyses;
- reports;
- Platform features;
- storage;
- subscription capacity; or
- other included Platform functionality.
Subscription pricing provides access to the applicable Platform features and capacity and is not based solely upon actual usage unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Subscription plan.
8. OUTPUT DATA AND AI-GENERATED INFORMATION
Producer Logic is an artificial intelligence-assisted technology and decision-support platform.
As explained in the Terms of Service, Output Data may include coverage recommendations, underwriting questions, carrier appetite information, potential markets, endorsements, common claims, cross-selling opportunities, risk-management information, insurance-industry information, and other AI-generated or data-driven information.
AI-generated and data-driven Output Data may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or results that differ from Customer expectations.
DISSATISFACTION WITH AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, CARRIER APPETITE RESULTS, COVERAGE RECOMMENDATIONS, MARKET RECOMMENDATIONS, UNDERWRITING INFORMATION, OR OTHER OUTPUT DATA DOES NOT CREATE A RIGHT TO A REFUND.
Customer remains responsible for independently reviewing and verifying Output Data as provided in the Terms of Service.
9. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Temporary technical problems, maintenance, updates, third-party service interruptions, Internet outages, artificial intelligence provider interruptions, or other temporary Platform availability issues generally do not create a right to a refund.
Producer Logic may, in its sole discretion and without creating an obligation to do so, provide an account credit, Subscription extension, or other accommodation following a significant Platform outage directly attributable to Producer Logic.
Any voluntary credit or accommodation provided on one occasion does not create an obligation to provide similar credits or refunds in the future.
Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If Customer believes Producer Logic has:
- charged Customer more than once for the same Subscription;
- charged an incorrect amount;
- continued billing after a properly completed cancellation became effective; or
- made another billing error,
Customer should promptly contact Producer Logic support@producerlogic.ai.
Producer Logic will investigate legitimate billing errors and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund or credit.
Correction of a billing error is not considered an exception to Producer Logic's general non-refundable Subscription policy.
11. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Producer Logic is under no obligation to issue refunds.
Producer Logic may nevertheless elect, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund, credit, Subscription extension, or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances.
Any discretionary refund, credit, or accommodation:
- does not constitute an admission of liability;
- does not modify this Refund Policy;
- does not waive Producer Logic's rights;
- does not establish a precedent; and
- does not obligate Producer Logic to provide similar treatment to another Customer or in another circumstance.
12. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact Producer Logic regarding suspected billing errors before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically terminate Customer's contractual payment obligations.
Producer Logic reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Terms of Service, to suspend or terminate Platform access when a Customer initiates an improper or fraudulent chargeback or fails to pay amounts properly due.
Producer Logic may provide the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer with records reasonably necessary to demonstrate:
- Customer's acceptance of the Subscription;
- Customer's acceptance of the Terms of Service;
- Customer's acceptance of this Refund Policy;
- applicable Subscription terms;
- account access;
- Platform usage;
- billing history;
- cancellation history; and
- other relevant transaction information.
Nothing in this Section limits any lawful rights available to Customer through its financial institution or applicable law.
13. TERMINATION BY PRODUCER LOGIC
If Producer Logic suspends or terminates Customer's access because Customer violated the Terms of Service, engaged in unlawful conduct, failed to pay amounts due, abused the Platform, improperly shared accounts, attempted unauthorized access, scraped proprietary information, reverse engineered the Platform, or otherwise materially breached the Terms of Service, Customer will not be entitled to a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Termination does not relieve Customer of payment obligations that accrued before termination or that otherwise remain payable under a binding Subscription commitment.
14. CONFLICT WITH TERMS OF SERVICE
This Refund Policy supplements the Producer Logic Terms of Service.
If a provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless expressly stated otherwise.
If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, credit, notice, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be waived, Producer Logic will comply with such requirement notwithstanding anything in this Refund Policy to the contrary.
15. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
Producer Logic may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not retroactively alter Customer's contractual rights or obligations where prohibited.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Refund Policy identifies the most recent revision.
